How it works.
A short brief, a shoot in the real place, an edit cut for where it runs.
Brief to delivery
- Brief
What you are making, where it will run, what it needs to say. One page is enough.
- Shoot
On location, in the place the video claims to be. New York by default; elsewhere by arrangement.
- Edit
Cut for the platform it runs on, captioned, delivered ready to post.
- Delivery
Final files inside [TURNAROUND] business days of the shoot.
Deliverables
- Vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 exports, edited and captioned.
- [REVISIONS] revision rounds included with every delivery.
- Usage licensed for the agreed [USAGE] usage term.
Questions
Usage rights and licensing
Each brief sets a usage term in writing ([USAGE] once agreed). Organic use on the brand's own channels is the baseline. Paid amplification, whitelisting, or use beyond the term is licensed separately, before the video runs.
Revision rounds
[REVISIONS] revision rounds come with every delivery. A round is one consolidated set of notes. A new direction after the shoot is a new brief, quoted as one.
Raw footage
Delivery is the edited cut. Raw footage stays with her. If a brief needs raw files, that is agreed and priced before the shoot, not after.
Product shipping and returns
Product ships to the address shared once the brief is agreed. Whether items are returned or kept is set in the brief, before anything ships.
Based in New York, travels
Based in New York, and most briefs shoot here. Briefs elsewhere are welcome; travel time and costs are agreed with the brief.
